Its a crazy world out there and there are so many things going on around us and we don't even know about them. A couple of days ago I was in science class and we were talking about the Ozone layer and how the oxegen suronding earth was different from the oxegen in the Ozone layer. Our oxygen is O2 and the oxygen in the Ozone is O3. The O3 acts like a sponge when a light invisible to see from the human eye comes and collides with our Ozone the O3 absorbs it so it does not enter in to our atmosphere. We also talked about how there are gaps in the Ozone because of cfc coming from the propellant in a furniture pollishure. When you sprayed the polish the polish sank down on to the furniture but the cfc shot up into the air leaving earths tropsphere and entering the Ozone layer. as the cfc went up and up, it destroyed the Ozone oxygen letting the invisible light in. Scientists discovered that the cfc was a major problem effecting human safety and the environments safety. They notified Congress and congress didn't hesitate and so the gave the furniture polish companies a 4 year limit to find a new propellant that didn't effect the Ozone or the environment. Now that the word was out about the gaps in the Ozone layer caused from the furniture polish the company started creating pumps for the polish instead of that Cfc.
